Any Notice to you may be sent by electronic mail to the e-mail address registered by you or by a letter to the address disclosed by you in your registration form. If notice is sent by electronic mail, it will be deemed to have been received by you after 48 hours of the mail being sent, irrespective of whether or not you have retrived the same.

Severability

If any provision or part of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, such provision or part will not render the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions unenforceable or invalid. These Terms and Conditions will be read and construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision(s) / part(s) are not contained therein.

Governing Law And Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, Indian law. The parties irrevocably agree that the civil courts at Mumbai, India shall (subject to the paragraph below) have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with all matters arising out of, under, or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Site and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the civil courts at Mumbai, India.

Privacy Policy Statement

Tata International shall endeavour to protect the privacy of its users.

The following outlines the privacy and data protection policy of Tata International.

1. The information is collected from the Users mainly for the following purposes: to execute transactions/ orders;
• to notify users of relevant new products, information, news etc.; to notify users of promotional activities.
• to understand the customer needs and product development, to understand and prepare marketing profiles and to develop marketing strategies.
2. All details and information in the nature of designs, styles etc received from a prospective customer in connection with any inquiry for supply of garments or other accessories shall be treated with confidentiality.
3. Tata International does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Tata International may share data with trusted partners to perform statistical analysis. All such third parties shall be prohibited from using personal information of the User except to provide these services to Tata International, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of information of the User.

Tata International shall keep track of the Site and pages of User visits within the Site, in order to determine what Tata International sites and services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within the Site to Users judging from the Users particular interests.
