Training & Development Environment
We have highly skilled and trained workforce of about 1300 people, including technologists, designers, technicians, and craftsmen. The company views the Training & Development of Human Resources as critical to its growth and success and has a Training Centre within its premises to impart training at all levels. Training is a continual process at all levels, covering all aspects of its operations. Employees are also sent for training to specialised external courses in India and abroad.
